The Inquiry


You’ve filled out our questionnaire, now the fun begins!

Your lead designer will begin to craft a custom quote and presentation that best embodies your floral needs. When you receive your proposal it will stay active for seven days! Take this time to look over the details, submit any change requests, and feel free to schedule a call.

Date Secured


You’ve had all of your questions answered and are ready to move forward, we do require a 50% retainer fee and a signed contract to secure your wedding date. Once your payment and contract are submitted, you officially become a
Marble + Pine Bride!

FREQUENTLY asked QUESTIONS

  • We are a team of five women who all work together. You can expect your main point of contact to be Megan, Kat or Victoria and in some cases more than one person will be assigned to a project.

    The more hands the better!

  • Yes we do! Our travel fee starts at $550.00 for any location over 60 miles from the Jacksonville, FL city center.

  • We are always happy to provide a mock up of a guest table arrangement if this is requested. We suggest this timeline to be 30-45 days before your event giving us time to order blooms within your season.

    Mock ups are not included within your proposal and will be invoiced for an additional fee.

  • As long as you have a general understanding of the aesthetic you are hoping to achieve, we’re all set! There are tens of thousands of flower variations so it’s easy to get overwhelmed and we understand, not to worry, we’ll order the flowers on your behalf.

  • Absolutely! Within our proposal you will see a design fee, this fee includes not only week-of design and setup, but also breakdown. This mean anywhere from 1-5 people will return at the conclusion of your reception to remove all items brought and set up by us, Marble + Pine.

  • Yes! All arrangements can be given away to family and guests or brought home yourself. However, we do not allow vases and other hard goods to be sent home. Please discuss any specialty circumstances with your designer ahead of time and we will make the proper arrangements for these items to go home!

Currently, we have a minimum budget requirement of $5,000. Our average couple spends $6,500 to $8,500 on floral design. Though that is our average, it doesn’t mean we can’t accommodate you.
